Hello Anacondas Families! 

Welcome to the 2024 Amberly Anacondas swim season. We’re excited to kick off the season with our first practice this Monday, May 13th. A big welcome to our new coaches for this season: Head coach Cora Williams; Assistant coaches Dana Williams, Will Hicks, Maeve McCann, and Molly Curran. 

Roster and practice times 

Swimmer names, age groups, and practice times are posted on our website under Team Roster. You must be logged in to Swimtopia to view this. Please review and attend the practice time that aligns with your swimmer’s age group. Returning swimmers and their families need to check in with a Parent Board member when they arrive at the first practice. 

Clubhouse entry 

Amberly Clubhouse rules for entry apply at all times. Please make sure you are following these rules: 

• Parents - you MUST have a keytag and scan in at the front desk anytime you access the Clubhouse and Pool
• Swimmers 11 & older - you MUST have a keytag and scan in at the front desk if not accompanied by a parent. To enter on your own, you can get a keytag and colored neck band at the front desk by completing the Club Activity agreement and paying a fee. 
• Swimmers 10 & younger - you MUST have a colored wrist band to enter the clubhouse and pool without a parent ONLY during swim team practice times. Returning swimmers should have a wristband from last season. New swimmers were given a wristband at swim evaluations. If you need to replace the wristband please speak with a Parent Board volunteer. 

Entry and exit of the pool must only be through the Clubhouse front door. Do not use the back gate or side gates of the pool. 

Front desk staff will deny entry to anyone who does not follow these rules. 

Volunteer signups 

Our volunteer coordinator Tiffany sent out an email about volunteer registration openings: 

On Monday, May 13th at 12:00pm, volunteer registrations will open. Remember that each family is required to fill 3 volunteer jobs during the season. Please login to the website and signup for those jobs as soon as possible. This helps us know what is needed for each meet. 

Volunteer Roles have been assigned based on preference and availability. There will be a message about volunteer training coming soon, so please watch your inbox for that information. 

To see your assigned role: login to our website, click "Welcome (your name)" on the top right of the screen, and select "my account". From there, click your name from the list of your family members and you will see your roles listed in the right side column. If you do not see a job role listed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assign you a role.
