Hello Anacondas Families!

What a tremendous effort at our meet on Tuesday! We had many swimmers away, some sick, and those left standing gave it their all! Special thanks to our brave swimmers who swam up age groups in relays! Final score: Clubworx 308, Amberly 202. Check out this link for pictures of the meet.

Here are the important updates you need for the coming week:

Volunteer needs for Bella Casa meet

We are still in need of many volunteers for our away meet at Bella Casa. Please consider signing up, even if you have met your minimum requirement. These meets are 100% volunteer run and cannot operate smoothly without your help!

Our next Meet - Tuesday July 2nd at Bella Casa

We will send out a separate email with location, arrival times, and more specific details by Sunday.

• Sign up your child or decline by today, Friday June 28th at 11:30pm.
• Are you interested in swimming a fun PARENTS RELAY at the Bella Casa meet? We would like to get at least 4 parents (more are welcome) to swim a 200yd relay after the Breaststroke events on Tuesday night. Email [email protected] if you want to join!
• Bring goggles, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, towels, black swimsuit with Anacondas logo, food or money for concessions, a towel or small chair to sit
• Write swimmer name on their upper right back with Sharpie marker. We will have markers at Volunteer Check-in also.
• Supervise your swimmer to ensure they are being safe and respectful throughout the entire meet.
• Swimmers should stay near their age group tent area as much as possible. Have your child communicate with their kid pusher if they need to leave their tent area so your swimmer doesn’t miss their time to swim. Reminder that volunteers have limited ability to find swimmers who are not staying in their designated areas.
• Ensure your child cleans their space and gathers their belongings before leaving.

End of Year Banquet

RSVP is open on Swimtopia. Please RSVP (yes or no, and number of guests) by Friday July 12th. We will be holding the banquet on Thursday, July 18th. We will start with awards and recognitions in the gym at 6pm, then head out to the pool deck for a celebratory dinner and some pool games! You must RSVP to attend this event.

Graduating Swimmers

If your swimmer has/is graduating, please let us know at [email protected]. We would love to celebrate your graduate!
