Please see below for important information about our away meet at Bella Casa this Tuesday July 2nd.

• Pool address: 2700 Evans Rd., Apex 27502 (Note: this is not the only pool in Bella Casa. Please make sure you use this address to go to the correct location)
• All swimmers need to arrive no later than 5pm - give yourselves enough time to make it down to Apex during rush hour
• Directions: From Hwy 64 west, take the Kelly Road Exit. At Olive Chapel Road, turn right. Take a left onto Apex Barbeque Road. Then turn right onto Evans Road. The pool is located on the corner of Evans Road and Milano Avenue.
• Parking: the pool parking lot is small and street parking will be necessary. No parking on Evans road, and only where there are sidewalks internal to the neighborhood. Please adhere to Town of Apex parking regulations. A map and instructions are attached to this email. Police have written tickets for improper parking during swim meets so please adhere to these parking ordinances.
• There is a private property located just next to the pool that allows overflow parking in their field for a fee of $5.00. This money is collected by a Bella Casa volunteer, but it is then given to the private family who is not a member of the Bella Casa community. They ask that no one parks in their lot if it has rained within 24 hours of the meet to keep their land free of tire damage.
• Please bring a folding chair and/or a tent to the meet. The pool deck is small and sunny so all families are staged outside of the fence by the playground and field above the pool. Bella Casa accommodates all the swimmers first, and parents can stand in any remaining spaces. We post and announce each event so that families can enter the pool deck to cheer on their swimmers for their individual events.
• Swimmers can set up on the 4-Square court near the playground as well as on the deck near the fence close to Evans Road.
• Bella Casa offers concessions where swimmers and families will be able to purchase pizza and snacks inside the clubhouse. Cash and Venmo are accepted. Sunset Slushies are scheduled to provide additional concessions for purchase in the parking lot.
• Are you interested in swimming a fun PARENTS RELAY at the meet? We would like to get at least 4 parents (more are welcome) to swim a 200yd freestyle relay after the Breaststroke events on Tuesday night. Email [email protected] if you want to join! 

Reminder - if your swimmer is entered in events later in the night, particularly the Free Relay, they are expected to stay for those events. Please do not leave the pool until all of your swimmer's events are completed.
