Here are the important updates you need for the coming week:

TSA Championships registration is open

We would love to see as many of our swimmers as possible compete at TSA Champs this year! An email was sent out with details (and is available here). Registration is on our website and will close on Tuesday July 9th at noon.

Volunteer needs for Highcroft meet

We need more Kid Pushers for the Highcroft meet (our last away meet!). This will be one of the last opportunities to fulfill volunteer requirements. Please consider signing up if your child is in the meet.

Our next Meet - Tuesday July 9th at Highcroft

We will send out a separate email with location, arrival times, and more specific details by Sunday.

• Sign up your child or decline by today, Friday July 5th at 11:30pm.
• Bring goggles, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, towels, black swimsuit with Anacondas logo, food or money for concessions, a towel or small chair to sit
• Write swimmer name on their upper right back with Sharpie marker. We will have markers at Volunteer Check-in also.
• Supervise your swimmer to ensure they are being safe and respectful throughout the entire meet.
• Swimmers should stay near their age group tent area as much as possible. Have your child communicate with their kid pusher if they need to leave their tent area so your swimmer doesn’t miss their time to swim. Reminder that volunteers have limited ability to find swimmers who are not staying in their designated areas.
• Ensure your child cleans their space and gathers their belongings before leaving.

End of Year Banquet

RSVP is open on Swimtopia. Please RSVP (yes or no, and number of guests) by Friday July 12th. We will be holding the banquet on Thursday, July 18th. We will start with awards and recognitions in the gym at 6pm, then head out to the pool deck for a celebratory dinner and some pool games! You must RSVP to attend this event.
