Hello Anacondas Families!

Welcome to the 2025 Amberly Anacondas swim season. This email has important information for the start of our season. Our website has much of this information as well.

Practices

Practice for returning swimmers aged 7 & older starts on Monday May 19th. 

Practice for returning swimmers aged 6 & under starts on Wednesday May 21st. 

New swimmer families have been emailed instructions for signing up for a swim evaluation. New swimmers cannot attend a regular practice until they have successfully passed the swim evaluation.

Practice schedule for this season: 

• 6 & Under 
  • 5:15pm - 6:00pm Monday - Thursday 
  • No practices for 6&under on Friday or Saturday
• 7-8 year olds 
  • 5:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Thursday 
  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm Fridays 
• 9-10 year olds 
  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm Monday - Friday 
• 11 & Up 
  • 7:00pm - 8:00pm Monday - Friday 
• Saturday Practice 
  • 8:10am - 9:00am (7-10 years olds) 
  • 9:00am - 10:00am (11-18 year olds)

Please only attend the practice time that aligns with your swimmers' age group.

Clubhouse entry 

Amberly Clubhouse rules for entry apply at all times. Please make sure you are following these rules: 

• Parents - you MUST have a keytag and scan in at the front desk anytime you access the Clubhouse and Pool
• Swimmers 11 & older - you MUST have a keytag and scan in at the front desk if not accompanied by a parent. To enter on your own, you can get a keytag and colored neck band at the front desk by completing the Club Activity agreement and paying a fee. 
• Swimmers 10 & younger - you MUST have a colored wrist band to enter the clubhouse and pool without a parent ONLY during swim team practice times. Returning swimmers should have a wristband from last season. New swimmers will be given a wristband at swim evaluations. If you need to replace the wristband please speak with a Parent Board volunteer. 

Entry and exit of the pool must only be through the Clubhouse front door. Do not use the back gate or side gates of the pool. 

Clubhouse staff will deny entry to anyone who does not follow these rules.

Parent Meeting 

The Parent Meetings for this season will be held on Tuesday May 27th at the Amberly clubhouse. There are 2 opportunities to attend: 5:15pm or 7pm. Meeting should last approx. 45mins. Please try to attend one of these sessions. We will be reviewing season details and meet/volunteer signups. 

Volunteer Signups 

Volunteer signups will open on Friday May 23rd. More information and instructions will be sent out next week.
