Hello Anacondas Families!
Here are the important updates you need for the coming week:
No practice Monday May 25th - Memorial Day
SwimTopia mobile app
We push a lot of urgent info out through the SwimTopia app. This includes last-minute changes to practices due to weather. Please download the app and login using your SwimTopia account. Make sure to enable text or push notifications. This app will also be helpful to see meet lineups and results during the season. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play .
Parent Meetings
Parent Meetings will be held on Wednesday May 27th. There are 2 opportunities to join. All meetings will be held in the Amberly Hall room in the Clubhouse (the large room straight past the front desk).

Wednesday May 27th - 6:00 pm
Each family only needs to attend one meeting, choose the time that works best for you. You do not need to RSVP. We ask you to please make every effort to attend one of these meetings, they will have lots of important info and updates for the season. We will post the slides on our website following the meetings.
Volunteer signups
Volunteer signups will open on Friday May 29th at 12 noon. A separate email will be sent with instructions for volunteer registration.
Adult Anacondas t-shirt order
Support your swimmer with a t-shirt OR a tank top! Each item is $20. Payment should be made via Venmo to @AmberlyAnacondas2026 before Tuesday, May 26 at noon. Failure to make that payment will result in your order being voided. Please fill out the form multiple times if you would like to order more than 1 shirt.
*All swimmers will receive a t-shirt as part of their registration!*
Team swim suit
Anacondas team suits are required for all swim meets. Please visit Kiefer Aquatics on Maynard Rd in Cary for our suit; see website for details.
Clubhouse entry
Amberly Clubhouse rules for entry apply at all times. Please make sure you are following these rules:
- Parents - you MUST have a keytag and scan in at the front desk anytime you access the Clubhouse. The front desk will also accept a photo of the keytag on your phone!
- Swimmers 11 & older - you MUST have a keytag and scan in at the front desk if not accompanied by a parent. To enter on your own, you can get a keytag and colored neck band at the front desk by completing the Club Activity agreement and paying a fee.
- Swimmers 9yo-10yo - you must have a swim team wristband to enter the clubhouse on your own FOR SWIM PRACTICES ONLY! If you have lost your wristband you cannot enter on your own, you must have a parent with you. New swimmers and returning swimmers who have lost their band can request a wristband from a team volunteer.
- Swimmers 8yo & under must have a parent with them on deck or in the clubhouse area during practices, they cannot enter on their own.
Entry and exit of the pool must only be through the Clubhouse front door. Do not use the back gate or side gates of the pool.
Front desk staff will deny entry to anyone who does not follow these rules.
