Our first swim meet of the season is coming up on Tuesday and we wanted to remind everyone of the process for signing up for meets. This is particularly important for our new families.

• Signups for this Tuesday's meet against Olive Chapel will close TONIGHT at MIDNIGHT. You must sign up your swimmers by this time if they want to participate. We cannot accommodate late entries.
• If your swimmer is not signed up for the meet we will assume they are not participating and they will NOT be entered into the meet.
• All meet signups are done in SwimTopia. You can use the website or the mobile app. Make sure you are logged in to your SwimTopia account. On the website, go to Meets & Events -> Signup Calendar. On the mobile app, click on the listing for the Olive Chapel meet.
• Click the Meet Entry/Meet Signup button and then select if your swimmer is participating. Be sure to save your changes. Even if your swimmer is not participating it is helpful for us if you select the "Not Participating" option.
• Relays: this applies to 7yo and older swimmers only. You can select whether your swimmer is available for the early relay (Medley relay - 1st event of the meet) or the late relay (Free relay - last event of the meet). If they are not available for either or do not want to participate in relays, please select that option.
• Coaches will make all entry decisions for both individual and relay events. Swimmers who are participating will be entered into 3 individual events for 7yo+ swimmers and 2 individual events for 6&under swimmers.  Coaches will try to make as many relays as possible based on participation numbers - your child may or may not get to participate in a relay depending on how many other swimmers are available in their age group.
