A quick note from the swim board:

Dear Parents,

Thank you for supporting the Anacondas this season. It takes all of us working together to keep meets running smoothly and on time.

Please arrive on time for the volunteer role your family signed up for and stay until your relief arrives. Late arrivals, especially without notice, can delay the meet and create extra work for others.

If you do not arrive at your assigned location on time, you may not receive credit for time spent in that role.

If getting to the meet on time is difficult, please choose a role such as clean-up or a second-shift position that still allows your family to earn points without affecting meet operations.

When parents don’t meet their commitments, it ultimately affects the kids, who are the reason we are all here. Thank you for doing your part.

We are guests at this team's pool, and we ask everyone to act accordingly. Please monitor your child's behavior during the night. Let's show everyone some great Anacondas team spirit and respect.

• We are still in need of volunteers for several jobs. Please sign up ASAP!
• All swimmers must arrive by 5pm.
• Pool address: 100 Widdington Ln, Cary, NC 27519
• Almost all navigation systems will recognize the address. You will enter the neighborhood onto Widdington Lane off of High House Rd and the pool entrance will be on your immediate left.
• Parking: There is a parking lot outside the pool, however it is small. The pool parking lot is reserved for us, the visiting team, so please look for a spot. If there are none left, leave the parking area by making a left on Widdington and finding a place on the street. There are no parking restrictions but we do ask that all parking be kept on one side of the street.
• We will set up on the right side of the pool immediately upon entering the pool deck after you pass concessions.
• Please bring a folding chair to the meet. We will be bringing the age group tents as usual.
• Concessions: Wellesley has concessions to offer during the meet. They have several dinner options available. Of course, candy and various drinks as well. They accept cash and Venmo, with Venmo being the preferred method.

Reminder - if your swimmer is entered in events later in the night, particularly the Free Relay, they are expected to stay for those events. Please do not leave the pool until all of your swimmer's events are completed. Thank you Anacondas! Let's have a fun and successful meet!
