Hello Anacondas Families,

Our last meet of the season is TOMORROW July 14th. Please arrive at 4:45. Our theme is Christmas in July!! In addition to the theme, we have a few other fun things to share!!

1- We will have a Parents relay! Not just coaches, let's have our parents (and/or maybe the older siblings) battle for some glory :) Email [email protected] if you're interested in swimming.

2- During warm ups, we'll take a group/team photo. It will be in the water!

3- Shirt sale! Represent Amberly even more year round or get next year's younger siblings clad in their own Amberly gear with your chance to buy vintage Amberly Anacondas shirts at the concession stand. $5 each, buy 3, get the 4th free! Limited sizing available.

4- LAST CALL for this year's shirts, found at the volunteer table AFTER the meet starts.

Volunteering:

Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer this season! We still have several volunteer opportunities available, and we need your help to ensure our remaining events run smoothly.

Home Swim Meet – July 14

Our biggest need right now is for volunteers at our home swim meet on July 14. We are especially looking to fill the following roles:

• Clerk of Course
• Ribbon Distributor
• Runner

These are essential positions that help keep the meet running efficiently. If you haven't completed your volunteer requirement yet, this is your final chance to earn those volunteer points for the season.

We are also looking ahead to our end-of-season events and will need volunteers for:

• Kid Pushers at the TSA Championship Meet
• End of Season Banquet volunteers

Even if your family has already fulfilled its volunteer point requirement, we encourage you to consider signing up for one of these remaining opportunities. It is imperative that we have these roles filled to ensure our meets and end-of-season events run safely, efficiently, and successfully. Many hands make light work, and every extra volunteer makes a difference for our swimmers and families.
