Anacondas, Derek Hren, current head coach of Panther Creek HS Swim Team and former member of NCSU Swim Team 2013-2017, will be with us this Saturday, 5/30, for a Stoke & Skills Clinic during our regular Saturday practice times.
I have asked Coach Derek to focus on breaststroke, because it is the stroke that we get the most disqualifications in at meets. I have also asked him to work with us on starts, because we always can improve on our starts. Please don't miss this great opportunity to learn and develop from a proven athlete and coach. In addition, he is a really nice guy, and I think you will all enjoy him as much as the PCHS swimmers have. See you soon, Coach Dana |
